Pricing for The OARS Program workshops is based upon the total number of participants and program length. Please contact us directly so we can assist you in your planning and give you a quote for your workshop. Payment Guidelines Payment may be made by check, money-order, or credit card. 50% of program fees are due at time of enrollment. The balance is due prior to or on the program start date. Rescheduling & Cancellation Guidelines We understand that unforeseeable circumstances may arise. We will work with you to reschedule your program, if possible. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the program date will result in payment due equal to the full amount of the agreed program cost. If the program is to be rescheduled within 12 months from the original date, half of the program cost will be applied as a credit to the newly scheduled program. All other cancellations are subject to a $50/person processing fee.
