Elizabeth Burke
Elizabeth loves a good puzzle and enjoys working with people facing tough challenges. She believes in the power of people pulling together to open new possibilities and accomplish great things. Elizabeth was a manager in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations for 20 years and has extensive project management experience. She designed and lead system conversions, process improvement initiatives and organization restructuring and change programs. Elizabeth earned her undergraduate degree in Economics and Accounting and a masters in Whole Systems Design. She is a licensed CPA. Elizabeth is an avid rower at Lake Washington Rowing club and most recently competed in Masters Nationals.
Brenda Snyder is a facilitator and partner and has spent more then 20 years in Fortune 200 corporations both nationally and internationally. She has held key leadership roles in strategic planning, human resources, organizational design and quality. She is a graduate of Regis University with a BA Degree in Business Management.
Marti Hamlen is a facilitator and partner with many years experience consulting with both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. She has an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, has worked with several universities and colleges teaching courses in Organizational Behavior. Her cross-cultural business experience includes working in Indonesia, Russia, Hungary, and the Czech Republic, as well as working with First Nations groups in Canada.
Marta Crespin
Marta has a long-standing operational background in private industry. She has coached and managed functional managers, directed large-scale system implementations, and led cross functional teams in the identification and delivery of measurable process improvements. Marta has also taught skill building in multicultural environments at the graduate level. She obtained a Masters in Applied Communication from the University of Denver and has worked as a Diversity Instructor for the University of Denver and Diversity Facilitator for US West.
Rob Hartz
Rob Hartz is an organization consultant with 20 years experience in growing businesses through planned change, leadership and team development, executive coaching, and strategic consultation. For the past 12 years he has consulted with business leaders in North America, Europe, and Asia as an employee of two industry leaders, Fidelity Investments and Digital Equipment Corporation. His focus is on building organizational capacity through effective leadership, teamwork, strategic frameworks, and strong customer orientation. He is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University and has a Masters degree from Minnesota State University in Experiential Education.
Marilyn Hendricks
Marilyn is a highly experienced healthcare executive in the areas of managed healthcare utilization and quality management, risk contracting, re-engineering, training and development, and clinical operations. With over 20 years in the managed care industry, Marilyn has extensive experience in developing and presenting workshops and seminars for corporate and public sector clients. To this work she brings a unique blend of talents and strengths drawn from her operational experience. She has consulted, lectured, led training, and spoken nationally and internationally on an array of topics related to managed health care. Marilyn is a Registered Nurse, a Certified Case Manager, and a Diplomat of the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration and a Masters degree in Business Administration.
Jana Pingle
Jana is a seasoned facilitator and health care operations consultant with over 25 years of experience working with health plans, indemnity plans, integrated delivery systems, Third Party Administrators, and Managed Services Organizations. Jana's career progression from claims examiner trainee to internal corporate consultant to VP of Insurance Operations and ultimately to operations consultant renders Jana uniquely qualified to connect with individuals at all levels within an organization.
Ken Victor
Ken has spent the past 15 years working with people in organizations. Ken focuses on leadership development and coaching, building team effectiveness, and managing the human side of change. His work experience extends from boardrooms to the factory floors, from building high-performance organizations to supporting dysfunctional teams to transform themselves, to coaching "high potentials" to fulfill their promise. Previously, Ken was the Director of the Outward Bound Centre for Change. Ken has taught at Motorola and 3Com Universities and the McGill Executive Institute. Ken has a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and a MA from Syracuse University.
