Jane Rollinson is our new President and CEO. Jane has 25 years business experience in the accounting, manufacturing and healthcare industries. She has had responsibility for local, national and international operations with the position of CFO, COO, President and Chief Executive, as well as, consulting with foreign governments on healthcare issues. Ms Rollinson’s accomplishments include business start ups, growth and turn arounds. Most recently, she worked as a corporate turn around specialist, stepping into interim CEO roles, retooling the organization, and replacing herself with a new CEO to further grow and run the business.
Ms Rollinson’s extensive experience in finance, management, marketing and organizational development helps her build a team and focus them on executing the requirements for unprecedented business success.
She and her husband, Brad, a PGA golf professional, and her son Christian, reside in Ponte Vedra Beach Florida.
Marilyn Krichko founded the OARS Program in 1998. Prior to that, she had responsibility for strategy development and marketing at Stora, the world's oldest share holding company, founded in 1288. As an executive at the Carton Board Division Headquarters in Baienfurt, Germany and US Headquarters in Stamford, CT, Marilyn worked in an intense multilingual, multinational environment, which required extensive teamwork and organizational development. Marilyn received her MBA in 1989 from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida and has attended advanced studies in Total Quality Management at the Chalmars University of Technology in Göteborg, Sweden. She is primarily responsible for curriculum, business development, sales and partner certification. Marilyn is an avid rower at Lake Washington Rowing Club (LWRC).
Elizabeth Burke is responsible for coaching and facility certification. Elizabeth was a manager in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations for 20 years and has extensive project management experience. She designed and lead system conversions, process improvement initiatives and organization restructuring and change programs. Elizabeth earned her undergraduate degree in Economics and Accounting and a masters in Whole Systems Design. She is a licensed CPA. Elizabeth is an avid rower at Lake Washington Rowing club and most recently competed in Masters Nationals.
